Avalon Group Realty’s Mentorship Program is designed to support
new real estate agents as they navigate their first three transactions.
This structured initiative pairs mentees with experienced mentors who
provide essential guidance, training, and hands-on support to help
them establish a strong foundation in the industry.
Mentees commit to an immersive learning process, including weekly
meetings with their mentor, participation in training sessions, and
completing key tasks to build their business. They work closely with
mentors on transaction-related communications, ensuring contracts
and negotiations are handled correctly.
Mentors play a vital role in assisting mentees through the execution,
processing, and closing of their first three transactions. They help
prepare for client consultations, facilitate contract preparation, and
provide ongoing support throughout the contract-to-close process.
Mentors are expected to be available for questions seven days a week
during reasonable hours. Compensation for mentors is structured to
fairly recognize their time and expertise in guiding mentees.
Mentees receive 55% of their commission from their first one to three
transactions—30% to their mentor and 15% to Avalon Group Realty.
