Who are candidates?
Referral candidates encompass agent acquaintances, members within your professional circle, agents you’ve recently collaborated on a deal with, those you’re in the midst of a transaction with, or those whose property listings you’re actively showcasing.
How to qualify
For a referral to be eligible, the newly referred agent must:
- Remain affiliated with our company, Avalon Group Realty, for a minimum of 60 days.
- Become a member or affiliate of a Board of Realtors.
- Remain affiliated with our company, Avalon Group Realty, for a minimum of 60 days.
Additional Notes
Ensure that Avalon Group Realty hasn’t previously listed the referral in our recruitment database. You should be an active agent with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group at the time the referral fee is set to be disbursed. Remember, your referral bonus will be processed 60 days after the referred agent becomes part of Avalon Group Realty.
