This program centers around experienced mentors providing invaluable support to new agents as they navigate their first three transactions with Avalon Group Realty. It entails a comprehensive learning process, with mentees engaging in a connection with a well seasoned realtor who will guide them through completing necessary tasks to gain business acumen. Close collaboration with mentors ensures the proper handling of contracts and negotiations.
Mentors play a crucial role by guiding mentees through the execution, processing, and closing of their initial three transactions. They assist in preparing mentees for client consultations, facilitate contract preparation, and offer guidance throughout the entire contract-to-close process. Mentors are committed to being available for questions seven days a week. The program ensures fair compensation for mentors, with clearly defined terms.
In terms of compensation, mentees are obligated to allocate 50% of their commission from their first three transactions. This is distributed with 35% going to their mentor and 15% to Avalon Group Realty.
